Rudi Morant comes to us from Cary, North Carolina. Born in our nation's capital, Washington DC, she spent a majority of her childhood in North Carolina. Graduating from North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with Bachelors in economics and journalism. Afterwards, Rudi spent three years managing a Wells Fargo branch.

Combining her passion for helping people and business management, Rudi decided to transition to Lifetime Fitness in 2012. With a keen eye for detail and ability to relate to other team members she worked her way up to management. In 2017, through sustained success she was able to Grand open a Lifetime Fitness in Franklin, Tennessee. Rudi spent 7 of her 10 years managing at Lifetime Fitness and saw rapid career growth by leading her team and growing the business.

Finally in 2023, Rudi decided to transition her skills and future aspirations to House Haven Realty. Her love for coaching, building culture and hyper focus on customer service is what she brings to the team. As the Director of Operations, she makes sure only the best agents are a part of House Haven Realty, and nothing slips through the cracks.
